Commission a custom order in just 3 steps
Step 1: Consultation
The first step is filling out the Custom Commission Questionnaire/form below & sending me any reference images or inspiration images (to artbypragz@gmail.com). Once we are fully aligned with your creative vision, we then agree on a price point. Once the first payment is made, your spot is saved.
Step 2: Creation
Once the first half of your piece is paid, we then set up a 10-minute video/audio call in order to go over the information and reference images for the piece. Afterward, Pragati will start the creation process of your painting. If requested, she will first create a concept sketch to present to you for approval. Once you approve, she starts painting.
Step 3: Unveiling
After the painting is complete, Pragati will send a high-resolution image of the artwork for your review. Once the remaining payment is received, she will carefully package the painting in a state-of-the-art air float art box and coordinate shipping arrangements. The artwork will then be on its way to its new forever home with you.

Shop Policies
Painting Materials
I use the world-renowned International brand, Winsor and Newton. It is artist-grade Oil Paints on High-Grade Cotton Canvas/Linen. I also other mediums like linseed oil, liquin, and turpentine from Winsor and Newton. Your satisfaction is my utmost priority, so if you have any questions or special requests, please feel free to reach out to me. I will gladly get back to you as soon as humanly possible! I'd love to see you happy with my painting.

Framing
Frames will cost additional charges. Please find the finished results of framed paintings.
1. Floating frame (Sample Image: A2 sized painting - Linen Paper framed)
You can opt-in for paper(canvas texture or linen texture) or board(canvas or linen) as the surface material.
2. Gallery frame (Sample image: 3-inch mount with a white frame)
You can opt-in for a mount, and the color of the frame - white, black, natural.
3. Acrylic floating frame

Pricing
The final cost will depend on the size, paint type/medium, painting surfaces. You can choose the reference image, size, medium, and type of material to paint on like paper, linen, canvas, wood, glass, etc. Standard Sizes Price For Oil Portraits (Linen-textured paper)

Processing Time

A minimum of 2-3 weeks is required to deliver your painting from the time of payment

Orders will be accepted on 50% of the payment as an advance. Rest will have to be paid at the time of shipping.

All paintings will bear the artist's signature on the front bottom

Shipping & Delivery

Standard international shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks. Delivers by 2 weeks within India.

Fast shipping via FedEx or DHL takes from 3 to 10 business days and is available at an additional cost
Important - To keep this painting well-protected during international shipping, paintings above the size 18 x 24 inches are rolled(unframed/not stretched) and shipped in a quality plastic/cardboard tube to avoid damages, it’s 100% safe and the painting comes back to its original/flat state once you stretch it on a wooden base*. (Wooden base will be provided by me)
Privacy Policy
In the case of reference images, they will be private. Your email ID, contact numbers, our conversations will never be shared with 3rd parties.
Cancellation Policy
- I gladly accept cancellations, just contact me within 24 hours of purchase.
- If the cancellation is issued when the item is already made, I refund 50% of the item's cost because of production expenses.
Returns & Exchanges
- Every painting is created individually to order, so I can't accept returns for paintings unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- In the case of any defects of the painting, please contact me in private messages.
